Easy to make survival kit anyone can make and use
Here we have an easy to make survival kit. Making the kit from scratch will cost about 0 but if you already have some of the stuff it will be much less. There are plenty of survival experts that will show you how they survive with extensive knowledge and the bare minimum equipment. I intend to show you how a normal person with basic wilderness survival skills can survive comfortably with reasonable equipment. The kit contains: Military casualty blanket, military poncho, 3 liter soda bottle, 550 para-cord, Cold Steel Bushman, small fixed blade knife, emergency blanket, fishing kit, slingshot band, slingshot ammo, aluminum pot, 2 days of dehydrated food, coffee filters, Frontier water filter straw, Micropur MP-1 water purification tablets, ziplock bags, rubber bands, and a magnesium fire starter.

Do you like to camp old style.?
How many folks out there like to use canvas A frame's or tarps and cook over a small fire with only a stick to cook your meat or fish on.Who love the sound of rain hitting their canvas and the smell of a tent. And make hobo coffee in a can along a river or lake. and not be able to hear no other sound but the wind, the birds, and the crackle of the fire? Perhaps the river as it passes by your camp some where way away from any troop trail deep in the wilderness where not even forest service scouts go......?

High Sierra Horsepacking
Saddle up, let's hit the trail on horseback in the High Sierra near Bishop, California. We ride with the Rock Creek Pack Station and camp at Davis Lake for three days during the first week of August '06. This is traditional out-west style camping with a pot of muddy coffee always on the campfire and hot cakes on the griddle in the morning. We ride the gentle stock, some of which were adopted Mustangs and experience the western hospitality of the Wranglers and Packers of the Eastern Sierra.
